Trust us to help you turn your quilt top into a family heirloom. We will put the same love into our quilting service as you did in creating it. When you receive it back from us we want you to say wow.

We will quilt your project with our Innova Mach 3 system. At this time we are only offering edge to edge quilting service for online sales. We have hundreds of patterns and will work with you to choose the perfect one. Custom quilting options are available in store.

Our longarm has a 12 foot table so we can accept almost all of your quilting projects.
Choosing the right density

Low Density - This generally has greater than 1” between the quilt lines.

Medium Density – This generally has approximately 1” between the quilt lines.

High Density – This generally has less than 1” between the quilt lines.

Our price for quilting is .02 cents per square inch for low density, .025 for medium density and .03 for high density. A low density quilt that measures 102x92 (9,384 sqin) = $187.68. We have a minimum fee of $50.00. So what will I receive for this? Great communication and collaboration, Innova or Glide threads, quality sewing and free return shipping. We can trim and bind your quilt at an additional cost that we can provide with your quote. You can choose to send your own batting but it must, measure at least 4” greater than your top in all directions. Batting will be quoted if you do not have your own. The same is required for your backing.

Preparing your quilt for shipping.

* Quilt top should be clean, pressed and trimmed down to final finished size.
* Trim any loose threads. Make sure all seams are secure.
* Use a safety pin to mark the top of the quilt.
* Remove any pins other than the top marking.
* The quilt top must lay flat. Measure quilt top across the top, bottom, and at the center. These measurements should be the same, if not you may end up with puckers and an unsquared quilt.
* Batting and Backing must be at least 4” larger than the quilt top on all sides. For example, if the quilt top is 60” x 70” the Batting and Backing should measure 68” x 78”.
* If you prewash your quilt top it is highly recommended that you also prewash your backing fabric.

Fullness and/or puckers within a quilt top cannot be quilted out. We cannot guarantee that puckers and tucks won’t be sewn in. In some cases excessive fullness in borders may result in quilt top corners not being square. The flatter your quilt top is, the better the finished quilt will be.

Please be aware that sewing machines including longarm machines are mechanical devices. Although we do our best to ensure perfect results every time, on very rare occasions mechanical problems can occur which may cause minor damage to a quilt top and/or backing.

Thank you and we look forward to working with you.
